The body of the stein is a smooth, blue glazed, high quality stoneware decorated with a gold wrap around design. Created to detail the history of the Spangdahlem Air Base this stein details a timeline of major events and accomplishments throughout the history of the base. A pewter badge displaying a map of Europe indicating where the base is located, a flag and crest design, and the words, "Spangdahlem Air Base Germany; Constantly Ready; Seek, Attack, Destroy," appears at the center of the wrap around decoration opposite the handle of the stein. An ornamental pewter lid embossed with a detailed map of Germany and a pewter airplane figurine thumblift complete the stein. Limited Edition.
