Meger White Tail Deer Stein. Stoneware, raised-relief & transfer decoration. The original artwork for this stein was created by renowned American wildlife artist James A. Meger. A portrait of a white tail deer head is shown on one side and the other side depicts a full presentation of this beautiful animal running through the woods. Both panels are framed with an elk horn border. The stein features raised-relief top & bottom bands consisting of pine cones, evergreen branches, oak leaves, & acorns. This pattern is repeated on the relief pewter lid. Oak leaf shaped thumblift.
