A portrait of the timber wolf is seen on the left side of the handle. The right side shows a full-scene presentation of the animal in its natural habitat. Each image is surrounded by an original elk horn design. Cream glazed background color, raised-relief borders and handle. Embossed, half-high pewter lid. James A.
